The easiest way to get rep with Justice is to give him anything that used to belong to Kristoff, or which deals with lyrium. Giving him the Lyrium Ring, which is found in Kal'Hirol, is worth a big boost to influence. You can also inspect the chest he stands near in the throne room, the dead elf in Velanna's camp in the Wending Woods, or the statue near the Chantry in the city of Amaranthine.
He, like Velanna, has no appreciation for mockery or sarcasm, so it's easy to lose influence with him over the course of a conversation. When you return to Vigil's Keep after recruiting Justice, Kristoff's wife Aura is waiting for you in the courtyard.
Don't try to stick up for Justice or talk him out of going to find her. Instead, go track Aura down inside the Chantry at Amaranthine. Ferelden is cold and wet, so make sure your socks are dry before you put them on. I know how it is with men.
