I switched back and forth between the War and Peace and the Dualcasting that way Hope could keep me healed while fighting him and then the Dualcasting when he's using his shield because that racks his gestalt gauge up.
Just keep doing that and once his gauge is up, press square not sure what it is on the to end the battle and you're good to go.
