View all comments. Apparently if you join in any round except the first you will not get the achievement. I have joined on round 2 and went on to win several times and havnt got the achievement. You might want to add this to your solution to make it clear that you have to start in the first round and stay through all rounds being the mouse at least once and your team finishing 1st overall to get this achievement Posted by I Anger I on 18 Jun 11 at Many thanks, will add this.
Posted by AridMonk on 19 Jun 11 at Yah man got it today. Dont know if mine was just glitchy or what but I only got it after starting from round 1. This is a hugely annoying achievement to get and, in the absence of a boosting session, relies quite a bit on luck. Two things that helped me 1.
I would also like to see some team-based gaming modes like this. For me it's way fun with a proper car handling as in Wreckfest compared to some arcade like handling models. I really like this idea, especially if the object is say 5 laps around oval or any small track. I think it would make it more interesting than just free roam in an area like derby stadium. What if there was no set mouse car? It could be any car on your team, and the opposing team doesn't know which car it is?
That could be another option for this or a similar kind of game mode. I will say that I had a lot of fun with this in both gotham and dirt. The only caveat in those games is often the damage was turned off so the car still looked beat to heck but the driving physics were still the same.

This is a mode that was played unofficially in Project Gotham, and added as an official mode in the first Forza Horizon, and left out of the sequels due to not having hard bordered tracks.
The idea is that you have two or more teams. To keep teams from simply pinning a mouse forever, the mouse is slow, but has the torque of a freight train A heavy hit disables its engine temporarily. Only the mouse has to follow the track This mode would not require new tracks to work, simply a rules change and the game forcing a random member of a team to use a different car. It encourages high speed collisions, which this game does without equal.
