After Ali returned in season 5, all of the girls had some trouble adjusting to having her back in their friend group — especially Hanna. After she accidentally told Jenna that the girls were in New York, all of the Liars received this text to clue them in on her slip.
Kenneth DiLaurentis received this cryptic card from Charlotte, after he swore to Alison that his third child did not exist. It should be noted that Mr. During season 4, Spencer was convinced that she might have killed Ali — and Mrs. One night, Spencer found a pile of dirt in her bed with this accompanying message. In a rare moment, the girls were considering telling Dr. Sullivan about everything that went down in the dollhouse. However, they quickly backed out of it obviously when they receive this text message, along with a photo of Sara Harvey sleeping. The Liars all received this text with a picture of vials of blood. The girls got this message at the beginning of season 7, shortly before finding the creepy Hanna doll hanging from the church tower.
This was definitely the one and only time the Liars went to the police. When we finally realized that Ali was alive yay! Whatever knots might have been rubbed away definitely reappeared immediately. Hanna took a big gulp of water from a glass, only to realize that it was lake water. Her phone buzzed with this text moments later. Whatever she read has convinced her that aligning with this person might get her what she wants too — the total of the destruction of the Liars.
So what else does it say? She and her colleague Kenneth Lacho, a rehabilitation instructor, worked together on translating the visible parts of Jenna's page, and this is what they came up with:.
According to another source, Jenna has a somewhat interesting method of reading Braille. The woman in the video is simply feeling the page with both hands and all fingers. Emily lets Ben know that Maya is staying at her place, and Ben seems okay about it. Just then, an announcement is made over the loudspeaker, calling Emily, Aria, Spencer and Hanna to the principal's office. The girls are slightly panicked, and a mocking text from "A" doesn't help their nerves any.
At the office, Darren Wilden interrogates the girls about Alison DiLaurentis' disappearance, reviewing their stories with great skepticism that he makes sure to show. The girls answer unanimously, but he is sure that they are lying all the same, claiming that they're story sounds rehearsed.
At lunch, the girls fret that their lies will get them in trouble. They try to rationalize that the secret they are hiding is unconnected to Ali's murder, but at the same time, their secret reveals that Ali had enemies, people who could have potentially wanted to hurt her. Almost on cue, Jenna walks into the lunch room, the tapping sound of her walking cane unmistakable. Aria invites Jenna to sit with the girls in the cafeteria, and so, the five of them share the most awkward lunch ever, as Jenna notes the dead silence on the part of the girls and the fact that Alison is no longer with them.
They all flashback to the accident that blinded Jenna. In the flashbacks it is revealed that one night when the girls were trying on clothes, Alison spotted someone spying on them, who she claimed was absolutely Toby Cavanaugh. Immediately after this, Alison hatched a plan to drop a stink bomb in his garage. Emily and Aria tried to back out, while Hanna and Spencer also shared their reservations, but Ali was adamant that someone spying on them must be taught a lesson.
Alison had then ordered Spencer to pass the lighter and ignited the stink bomb, opening the door of the garage, and tossing it inside. But the prank went terribly wrong as the garage caught on fire, and Alison saw too late that someone - Jenna - was inside.
As a result, Jenna was permanently blinded from the accident, and Alison made sure that Toby falsely took the blame for it.
Alison had blackmailed him with something that she knew, but what exactly had not been clear to Spencer. While at lunch, the girls' phones go off, and Jenna picks Spencer's up, asking her if she is going to answer it. A few moments after the bell rings for English class, Mona saunters in, asking whether she's late, cluelessly calling Mr. Fitz, "Mr. Fritz" to everybody's amusement. Fitz then gives the class an in-class writing assignment to complete.
Next, Aria hurries in, dropping the "transfer declined" form on his desk while avoiding eye contact with him for as long as she can, then finally looking up and meeting his gaze, offering him a half smile. While Sean is over at Hanna's, the two sit down to study, but Hanna has other things on her mind. She refills Sean's drink and starts necking him, but he resists her moves as much as possible. Frustrated, she sits down and asks him if he likes her as more than a friend.
He replies in the affirmative and kisses her on the lips. Basically, Hanna has come to an impasse with Sean Ackard on when to lose their virginity, because of his religious beliefs. Just then, Ashley walks through the door, chatting with Sean, who she clearly approves of. Then, Darren enters with takeout for dinner; Hanna is totally annoyed, and Sean is asked to leave. At a restaurant for dinner, Spencer discusses the class she wants to take with her father, who is not very impressed by Spencer's desire to take a class for fun.
Aria is at the restaurant too, and Spencer says hello to her. Then, Wren and Melissa show up, signaling Spencer to return to her annoying family. She orders a vodka soda, but Melissa tells the waiter Spencer is joking.
Peter and Melissa order the same drink, but instead of going along with them, Wren orders a vodka soda and discreetly offers Spencer a sip when the other two are not paying attention. Later at night, Maya and Emily share Emily's bed. They sleep snugly together until "A" sends Emily a text startling her by letting her know that she's aware of the budding romantic relationship.
The next day, Ben drives Emily and Maya to school. He teases the girls about their 'lesbian pajama party,' clearly insecure about his own relationship with Emily and threatened by Emily's relationship with Maya. Jenna is questioned by the police after Sara's death. She is crying, but the girls guess it's acting since she had barely knew Sara. Later, at the Brew, Jenna has coffee with Toby.
When she leaves, Spencer comes to talk to Toby to find out why Jenna has come back to town. Toby tells her that she is trying to make amends for what happened between them a few years ago.
In a flashback, during a fireworks display, Jenna had told Toby that she can see certain things, including his face, in her mind. So Toby let Jenna touch her face for her to remember. However, Jenna tried to kiss him and Toby pushed her away before leaving. Later, Caleb pretends to be an employee of the Radley and he gives Jenna a massage. As she relaxes, Caleb steals the key that opens the box under her bedroom bed. The DArkest Knight. The police question Jenna about Noel Kahn.
Later, Mona and Caleb go to the Radley to spy on Jenna. The latter left three messages for Noel to find out where he is. Later, Mona surprises Jenna in the elevator, while she is painting her lips. Mona offers her a deal: she stops looking for Noel and leaves town without hurting the girls, and in exchange they don't mention her name to the police.
Later, Mona and Caleb are shocked when they discover that Jenna has asked Sydney Driscoll to impersonate her so that she can leave the hotel without being seen. At the abandoned school for the blind, Jenna's voice comes through a speaker, and she tells the girls that she may have lost her sight, but that they are the ones who blinded her. The girls tell her that they have the USB drive and that they are ready to make the exchange and forget about what happened.
Jenna tells them to put it on the table and the key disappears moments later. After that, Aria, Spencer, and Alison are in shock when they see Jenna walking through the house with a gun. When a bowling ball rolls down the stairs, the girls are yelling and they let Jenna know where they are, and then Jenna turns off the light in the building. Then Noel beheads himself with his ax and his head rolls at the foot of the stairs.
When Jenna goes upstairs she unknowingly kicks her head, while she yells at the girls that they are like scared little rats, and that they are right to be. The girls find themselves trapped in the hallway above and try to leave quickly, but Jenna hears them. She turns around and shoots in their direction.
Aria, Emily, Hanna, and Alison run to the door, but they retrace their steps when they realize that Spencer is not there. In fact, Spencer has been beaten up and crawls to the corner of a room, clinging to life.
Jenna walks into the room, guessing that Spencer is there, because she can smell her blood. Jenna prepares to murder Spencer, saying that it is as much for her as it is for Charlotte. Suddenly, Mary Drake arrives and knocks Jenna down by pushing her to the ground. Then someone drags Jenna's body out of the house.
At the end of the episode, 'A' gets into the back of a van where Jenna can be seen lying on the ground. Jenna then asks her: "Who are you? Then, when she touches the mask on the ground, she says in surprise: "You are A. Jenna has been missing for a week. Marco Furey reveals that the weapon Jenna had in her possession did not match the bullet that Spencer received. That means it was 'A. At the end of the episode, Jenna is seen sitting in a dark room and drinking tea.
She hands the mug to 'A. Jenna reminds 'A. After reading, Jenna smiles and says, "Game over. Jenna arrives at the police station to speak with Detective Furey, while Spencer is in his office. She says that she has been hiding since the incident at the school for the blind, but that now she has to tell the truth.
Marco tells her that they are not alone, and Jenna tells him that she knows because she can hear Spencer's breathing. She then she says that Noel Kahn killed Sara Harvey and who was going to kill her too. She then says that Noel Kahn killed Sara Harvey and who was going to kill her too. He told Jenna that some of the money Charlotte had left was intended to pay for a new operation for her eyes.
Therefore, Noel recruited Jenna to find the money, but he was determined to keep it all to himself, because he was broke because his parents had cut it off. Jenna then says that Noel made her come to his old school for the blind to get rid of her. She would have brought the gun just to defend herself against it.
However, all she had to say to Spencer and her friends was just to make it seem like she was Noel's friend, so she could get out alive. Marco then escorts Jenna to another room to take her statement, while Jenna begins to sob. Later, Emily sees Jenna at Brew with two other men and asks her phone to send a message. Later, at the Radley, Hanna and Mona discover that Jenna is wearing the model of the dress designed by Hanna so they are prepare to question her, but Jenna just says that this dress was a gift.
Hanna and Caleb follow her to a building in Philadelphia. Jenna is talking to someone on the phone on the street when Caleb comes to confront her. She tells him that she has a rehearsal for a music concert with her friends in that building.
Caleb threatens her, telling her that she should think carefully about why she returned to Rosewood. Jenna responds that the police cannot contradict parts of her story about Noel, because the latter is dead and therefore cannot prove anything. Jenna is now a teacher at Rosewood High School. She confronts Addison Derringer in the hallways and tells him to go to class. Addison wants to have fun of her by waving her hand in front of Jenna, but Jenna takes her hand and lets her know that she can't see anything of her but that she can smell a bitch from a mile away.
As they pass down the hall, she tells Alison that she is surprised to think that she isn't the meanest girl she met. The next day, Jenna goes to Veronica Hastings for civil law advice to handle the situation with Addison. She runs into Alex, who is trying to impersonate Spencer, and realizes that her scent is different. Alex tries to justify herself by saying that it comes from the horses because she was in the stable with Toby.
Jenna tells her that she should try to convince him to stay in town longer. Jenna is obsessed with Toby, whom she forced into a sexual relationship with her in the past. After Toby returned from juvie, Jenna seemed to still have feelings for him, since she got jealous everytime Emily , Spencer or any other girl was talking to him.
In Season 1 and before the show started, Jenna was romantically involved with Garrett by having a secret relationship. While they were dating, she thought that he killed Alison with a lacrosse stick and together, stole the fifth page of Alison's autopsy. They ended the relationship when Garrett went to jail. Nate St. Jenna seems interested in Nate St. Germain , Maya's alleged cousin. She is seen flirting with him in " That Girl is Poison ". When Jenna first sees him, they stare at each other.
She talks to him about his drawings and invites him to her birthday party, where they talk and flirt. In " Crazy ", Nate buys her a candle as a late birthday present and sets a date with her. He asks Emily to help him pick out something better than the candle he had bought.
It's revealed later that Jenna got involved with Nate, only because she saw him killing Maya. Jenna and Noel met on " The First Secret " when Jenna was new in town and Noel decided to invite her to a party at his house.
After Noel and Mona broke up in Season 2 , Jenna becomes close to Noel and it gets clearly that she is dating him. They may have been together during the summer between Season 2 and Season 3 , although it is unclear. After the time jump , they are still friends, and are seen sharing a drink with Sara Harvey. After Noel's death, Jenna returns to Rosewood and reveals that Noel murdered Sara and threatened to murder her as well because he wanted the money from her eye surgery.
Later, the viewers find out that the mysterious person from " UnmAsked " is the person Jenna meets again now at the park, Shana. They hold hands as Jenna gives her instructions on what "she needs to do".
Shana seems to be taking care of Jenna and watches over her. In " 'A' is for A-l-i-v-e ", Mona reveals that Jenna and Shana knew each other before she came to town and Shana might be in love with Jenna. Shana later tracks Alison and the girls up to New York where she tries to kill Alison, all out of revenge for what Ali did to Jenna. She told them that she indeed did have feelings for Jenna. She is seen talking to Ian in " The Badass Seed ", but is not friends with him.
Ian doesn't seem to like or trust Jenna, but they do have ties. She is also seen in Alison's house with Garret and Ian through a film that Ian is making in Alison's room which later shows Melissa come through the door yelling 'Where is she?! She is seen talking to Mona in the first Halloween special.
After Jenna's very sexual display of her lady Gaga costume, and Ali coming up to Jenna and trying to be friends, which Jenna refuses, Mona comes up to tell her that her costume is better than Ali's. Jenna smilingly tells her that she better not tell Ali, to which Mona says "she doesn't scare me". Both of them smile. However, what ever friendship that was implied shattered later on when Mona begins to hate Jenna because she stole Noel Kahn from her. Regardless of Mona's hatred, Jenna still joined Mona's Army in Season 5 , because both of them were afraid of Alison's return.
Both of them, along with Shana, form The Alliance , but their intentions are unknown. Sydney and Jenna have known each other before " Pilot ". Sydney first met Jenna when she was a volunteer for the school of the visually impaired in Philadelphia. She was there the day Alison threatened Jenna with the N. Sydney reveals to Emily in " March of Crimes " that she fixed Jenna up after the visit seeing that she was an emotional wreck. Jenna reached out to Sydney upon hearing that Alison was alive and coming back to Rosewood.
Sydney is first seen with Jenna in " Miss Me x " when they both arrive at the park to meet with Mona. They appear to share an uncanny resemblance and are working with Mona to take down Alison. Spencer and Emily confront Jenna and Sydney at the eye doctor's office. Emily realizes that she can't trust Sydney because she's allies with Jenna. Jenna attends the Dilaurentis Ice Ball with Sydney by her side. Jenna and Sydney explain later on to Emily how they are only with Alison because they are too scared to wrong her as Jenna has already made the mistake of saying no to Alison's friendship.
Sara and Jenna first meet in " Along Comes Mary ". They both checked into The Radley Hotel and ordered a drink. Sara talked to her about how they have a common enemy relationship with The Liars.
